A dedication ceremony was held August 24 for Sienna Heights in Yadkinville. Developed by BTR Communities, this development provides 48 affordable family apartments in Yadkinville. In attendance was Mike Fenley of the office of Senator Burr and North Carolina Housing Finance Agency board members Joe Crocker and Paul Kennedy.
