Targeting Program training will focus on program requirements. We will provide direction regarding Vacancy & Referral, as well as processing applications, eligibility requirements, and documentation needed for applicant/tenant files prior to move in. We will discuss staying in compliance, recertifications, Special Claims, Hold Fees, and move outs.
