Affiliates | Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. NCHFA has no affiliates |
Nonaffiliates | Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. NCHFA may share information with nonaffiliates such as financial service providers, mortgage lenders, servicers, and securities broker-dealers; non-financial companies, such as realty companies and housing counseling agencies; and nonprofit or partner organizations for the purposes of providing you assistance. However, NCHFA DOES NOT share your information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you. |
