Notice of Public Hearing | Request for Comment

The Public Hearing for the 2025 QAP is to be held Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm. 
The Public Hearing will be held in a hybrid format both virtually and in-person at NC Housing Finance Agency, 3508 Bush Street, Raleigh, NC. Participants will be provided the opportunity to comment during the hearing. 
If you wish to attend in-person, please RSVP to Kimberly Jones, kmjones@nchfa.com, no later than close of business Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Seating is limited. 

Email kmjones@nchfa.com to obtain the Teams link prior to the meeting. 

**Due to the date of the Public Hearing, the deadline to receive QAP comments will be extended to Friday, October 11, 2024.
