A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on May 24 for Andover Park in Kinston. This new construction development will provide 60 new apartment homes for families in the area. In attendance were Betty Jo Shepherd from the office of Senator Burr and William Moore from the office of Congressman Jones. Speaking on behalf of the Agency was board member Charles Mullen.
